Payment
Your Booking is held as a courtesy for 24-hours. To secure your Reservation, please provide payment via one of the following methods: Zelle 732-757-6812 or Venmo @courtney-john-achilli. Receipt of payment will act as your Reservation Confirmation.
By submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Check-In / Check-Out Policies
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. If you have a late checkout request, please inquire in advance. We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to any late checkout. Late check out is not alway an option.
Property and Cancellation Policies:
COVID-19
Guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19 and waive all liability or claims for exposure or harm due to Covid-19.
Guests are not permitted to visit if feeling unwell, displaying symptoms or if guests have been in contact with someone who has displayed symptoms within the past 14 days.
Guests are asked to follow CDC suggestions involving hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Guests are asked to follow CDC suggestions involving social distancing; masks are suggested when social distancing is not possible.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before check-in.
If the guest cancels less than 5 days before check-in, the first night plus 50% of all nights after that are non-refundable.
Early checkouts will not be refunded.
Policies
Check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival date.
No outside, unregistered guests should be welcomed or entertained.
No parties or gatherings.
Reserving guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
Pets are not permitted.
Interior common areas & guest rooms are no smoking/vaping zones. Kindly take it outside.
We reserve the right to charge individual guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the property. If such damage is discovered during the stay it should be brought to the Owner’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed, we reserve the right to collect on those damages.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
